Public Services at Pasar Rebo Sub-district Office Transferred to Other Offices

From Tuesday (1/19) until Friday (1/21), public service at Pasar Rebo Sub-district Office, East Jakarta will be transfered to several urban village offices because 2 civil servants (ASNs) and 2 PJLP personnel are confirmed positive for COVID-19.

Currently, services related to population and civil registration (Dukcapil) will be transferred to Pekayon Urban Village

From Beritajakarta.id monitoring, the office that located on Jl. Raya Bogor was closed. There were only two guards on standby at the main gate.

Pasar Rebo Sub-district Head, Raden Anthoni Widodo informed, temporarily the public service will be carried out online. Residents who need his sign can contact the local urban village office.

Public Service in Cipinang Melayu Urban Village Transferred to Makasar Sub-district

From today onward, he continued, administrative documents that needs approval or sign from him will be delivered from urban village office to sub-district office. Documents will be also delivered by complying with health protocols.

"Currently, services related to population and civil registration (Dukcapil) will be transferred to Pekayon Urban Village. Tax service is also transferred to Ciracas Sub-district UP3D Office," he explained.

According to him, his side has informed all RT, RW, and urban village administrators about closure of Pasar Rebo Sub-district Office's services through WhatsApp group.

"During the closure, we will sterilize sub-district office by carrying out disinfectant spraying to stop the spread of COVID-19," he mentioned.
